Stories of survival and courage amidst gendered violence in agriculture

These graphic stories were developed as part of a study on structural violence against rural women in the context of agrarian distress. Based on conversations with over fifty women farmers from Maharashtra, Telangana, and Punjab, the series presents ten stories that highlight their everyday struggles and resilience. Through this format, we aim to make their voices accessible, fostering deeper understanding and empathy for the challenges faced by women in agriculture in India.
